Processing Time
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared for fulfilment. We carefully pick, pack, and quality check each item before sending to ensure quality of products. During sale periods or promotional events, processing times may take up to 5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Information
Orders are shipped from Hong Kong to domestic and international destinations. We offer flat rate shipping based on your destination country. Available shipping options and total shipping fee will be provided during checkout.
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's tracking portal.
Orders over $100 USD are eligible for free international shipping!

We are not responsible for any delays or extra costs due to customs procedures.
Parcels that have arrived at the recipient's destination or local post office but are returned due to negligence such as not responding to the courier or unpaid duties/taxes are considered customer refusal. Per our policy, no refund will be issued for the order in such cases.
